DELIVERY, RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Delivery

Orders for products which are displayed on our website in our set range of sizes and materials (“Stock Item(s)”), will be delivered within 2-6 weeks from your order depending on how busy we are. 

Orders for products that are made-to-order specifically for you (“Bespoke Item(s)”), will be delivered as per an estimated delivery time communicated to you which will be subject to (i) our discussions with you; and (ii) dependent upon how complex the Bespoke Item is. 

Shipping

We send all garments out first class Royal Mail.  We charge the following postage fees:

£4.50 : UK

£8.50 : EU

£16.00 : INTERNATIONAL

Sizing

All of our garments are sized as Small to X-Large. We work from a UK Size Guide.

SMALL / 8-10

MEDIUM / 10-12

LARGE / 12-14

X-LARGE / 14-16

Returns + Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of any Stock Items, House of Wabi Sabi will happily offer you an exchange on all orders for such, subject to the following. Returned products must be in their original, unworn, unwashed conditions to qualify for an exchange. Should such returned products not qualify as you have handled them in an unacceptable way, the return for an exchange or credit nite will not be permitted.

Exchange can only be made for the exact Stock Item if a different size is required.

Any Bespoke Items ordered cannot be returned as we make these specifically for you with your measurements and requirements in mind.

Returned products should be posted within 7 days of receiving your purchase and sent via recorded mail.

Please ensure you read all sizing information carefully before making your purchase and if you need any more information please get in touch.

Please note: All returns must be pre-approved by the House of Wabi Sabi team.  Please contact us at info@houseofwabisabi.com to notify us about the productsyou are returning beforehand.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
